- Hot Tub Fun must be given adequate access for delivery and collection to get the equipment into and out of your garden. No refund will be given by Hot Tub Fun in the event that we are unable to safely get the equipment into your back garden.
- Delivery and collection times are approximate and Hot Tub Fun will not be liable for any inconvenience caused if our delivery team are later than given.
- You, the hirer need to be home for both delivery and collection of the equipment & Hot Tub Fun will need access to your garden, water and electricity for both delivery & collection. In the event that no one is home for collection or access is refused the hirer will be charged £75 for each and every additional day until we, Hot Tub Fun are able to collect.
- You, the hirer will ensure that a 240v, 13 amp electricity supply is available within 15 meters of the location where we are to setup the equipment. We also need access to a water supply (ideally outdoor) with 20 meters of where we are to setup the equipment. Both water and electricity are required for delivery and collection. Hot Tub Fun are NOT responsible for the electricity used by the equipment for the duration of hire.
- To ensure correct and safe operation the Hot Tub should be placed on a flat and level area. Decking can be used as a base for the Hot Tub so long as it is structurally sound, a full hot tub can weigh as much as 2000kg (2 Tons) – by signing this agreement you agree that Hot Tub Fun are not liable for any damages incurred to your property.
- Our Hot Tubs are suitable for 2-8 users, depending which model is hired. Overloading the Hot Tub can cause damage, you, the hirer will be liable.
- All users of the Hot Tub must be aged 5 or over.
- No drinks or food (including chewing gum) to be allowed in, on or near the Hot Tub.
- No vaping, smoking or barbeques in, on or near the hot tub.
- Ensure that all clothing / swimwear are color-fast and have been washed prior to wearing in the Hot Tub.
- Do not stand or sit on the sides of the Hot Tub or the Hot Tub cover as this may cause serious injury and / or damage to the Hot Tub which you as the hirer will be liable for.
- If anything appears to be working incorrectly then please ensure that all users immediately get out of the Hot Tub and you notify Hot Tub Fun by calling 01494 355410.
- Pets are not allowed in the Hot Tub.
- No Hair clips, body jewellery or toys are permitted in the Hot Tub.
- Please keep the Hot Tub as clean as physically possible during hire – you will be liable for any excessive soiling and charged accordingly.
- All users must shower before and after use to avoid the risk of skin irritation or infection. Wiping feet or using a foot bath on entry to the Hot Tub will help to keep the tub clean.
- Any defects with the hired equipment must be reported to Hot Tub Fun as soon as possible, do not attempt to make any repairs yourself.
- If you Hot Tub becomes faulty during your hire we reserve the right to swap your Hot Tub for any Hot Tub that we have available (Not necessarily the same model), if no Hot Tubs are available then you will be offered a part/full refund.
- Do not switch the Hot Tub off at any time during your hire or empty / refill the Tub. If you have made the water dirty, we can, if available change the water and re-treat it for you. There will be an additional charge of £75 and you will lose the use of the Hot Tub for 24 hours while the chlorine levels stabilize.
- We have an excess hire charge of £75 per day for every additional day, or part day that the equipment is kept over the agreed hire period. If the collection is delayed is by Hot Tub Fun then there will be no excess hire charges.
- At the time of booking we take a £75 deposit by debit card or bank transfer, the full hire cost is payable upon delivery of the Hot Tub and other hired equipment, the £75 deposit is refunded by Bank Transfer within 48 hours of collection of the Hot Tub and other hired equipment. The hirers deposit will not be refunded if the equipment is returned with any damage. Hot Tub Fun inspect all equipment at the hirers location before packing the equipment away – our team will notify you of any damage at this stage.
- Hot Tub Fun will not setup the equipment without payment for the hire in full, in the event that payment is not made then the deposit and booking will be lost.
- The hirer must be present when Hot Tub Fun collect the hired equipment. The hirer must ensure that Hot Tub Fun have access to a water supply and electricity supply in order to empty and deflate the Hot Tub. If the Hot Tub is collected in an excessively dirty condition then the hirer will be liable for a £50 cleaning charge.
- It is your responsibility as the hirer to ensure that daily Hot Tub maintenance is carried out including cleaning/replacing the filter and adding the correct quantity of supplied chlorine.
- In the instance that the hired equipment is stolen, lost or damaged beyond repair the hirer will be invoiced for the full replacement cost of the damaged, lost or stolen equipment. The invoice is to be paid within 5 working days of the invoice date. Hot Tub Fun will pursue all losses through the small claims court in the event of an unpaid invoice.
- Cancellations made less than 7 full days before the agreed delivery date will not be entitled to a refund of the £75 deposit.
- For a weekend hire we provide 1 filter, for a week hire we provide 2 filers and a 10 day hire we provide 3 filters. Additional filters can be requested with your booking at an additional cost of £7.95 per filter.
- Gazebos HIRE IS CHARGED AT £25 & GAZEBO’s WILL be erected by Hot Tub Fun so long the weather permits. It is the hirers responsibility to take down the gazebo if the wind speed increases or is forecast to increase and that the Gazebo secure at all times. Hot Tub Fun are not liable for any damage caused by Gazebos that the hirer has failed to take down in high winds.
All equipment and goods hired remains the property of Hot Tub Fun at all times. Hot Tub Fun will not take any responsibility for any damage that occurs from the Hot Tub set up outdoors.
If you or anyone using the hot tub is pregnant or has a medical condition, please consult with your doctor before using the Hot Tub.
Hot Tub Fun will provide chlorination and de-foam chemicals for the Hot Tub whilst on hire. However, we will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions, injury or death caused by adding sanitation chemicals. Do not add any bubble bath, foam bath, bath bombs or washing up liquid, please do not add any dyes or glitter of any description.
If the water is not clean and sparkling then please do not use the Hot Tub. We will provide instructions on how to manage the chemical levels, it is your responsibility that the PH levels are checked daily throughout your hire.
We will charge a call out fee of (£75) if you dirty the water and it has to be refilled and treated, the tub will be unable to be used for up to 24 hours if this happens, there will be no additional days offered without a charge and this will also depend on our availability.
Please do not take any illegal substances or consume excessive amounts of alcohol whilst using the Hot Tub. If you would not deem it safe to drive then it is not safe to be in a Hot Tub. It is strictly prohibited to drink from glass containers in and around the Hot Tub.
When Hiring a Hot Tub you agree to and accept our Terms and conditions and acknowledge that the use of the Hot Tub is at the own risk of the Hirer’s.
Damage Charges
Any damage caused to the hot tub or other equipment will be chargeable. If your deposit does not cover the cost of the replacement part we will issue an invoice for the replacement value, if the invoice is unpaid after 5 wprking days we will pursue the hirer in the small claims court.

HOT TUB FUN CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INJURY CAUSED TO ANYONE USING THIS EQUIPMENT. ALL INDIVIDUALS USING THIS EQUIPMENT MUST FULLY COMPLY WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE HIRE.
